The Right Stuff Has Closed: Where Conservative Singles Go Now
What happened to The Right Stuff, and where its members can go now.
Is The Right Stuff dating app still available?
No. The Right Stuff, also known as Date Right Stuff, shut down on Friday, November 21, 2025. Members received an in-app message saying support would end within 24 hours, the app was taken out of the App Store and Google Play, and logins stopped working soon after. Its website now carries a short farewell thanking members for "believing in values, faith, and real connection". If you are looking for a conservative dating app to replace it, Maga-Dating is built for the same people: MAGA and conservative singles who want a partner who shares their values.
A short history of The Right Stuff
The Right Stuff launched on September 30, 2022, founded by John McEntee, Daniel Huff and Isaac Stalzer, with seed money from Peter Thiel. It started invite-only and was aimed at conservative singles. It drew national press coverage and ran for a little over three years before closing.
It is not the only conservative app to close. Righter, launched around 2018, has closed, and so have Donald Daters and TrumpSingles. Our guide is there a dating app for conservatives lists what is still running today.

A conservative site where women are in the majority
Six in ten of our American members are women, and most of our women are aged 25 to 44. Women outnumber men here, both in the USA and across the site.
Built on a platform that runs many dating sites
Maga-Dating runs on HubPeople, a dating platform behind many specialist sites, which provides the matching, messaging, verification, moderation and payments. That is what lets a young site offer free ID and video checks, warnings about scam tactics, content screening on upload and human support around the clock. See our features and safety pages for the detail.
